When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation of return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
Please make sure this is done within 14 days of purchase. Any returns made outside of the 14-day period will not be accepted.
Returns will only be accepted if they are received in their original condition and packaging, including product tags. We absolutely do not accept clothing that have been worn. All sales of fragrances, swimwear and underwear are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
